As a rule of thumb, we suggest ordering 1.5 to 2 main portions per person for standard office lunches. For finger foods and cocktail platters, we recommend 5 to 6 pieces per person for short events, or 10 to 12 pieces for longer gatherings. Ordering bit more is always better than running out of food.
